Chapter 31 was left out of the Book due to the unusual nature of it and didn't seem to fit with the context of the book's prime objective to alarm those who are on the path that Michael took. 

Yet, I think for those who knew Michael and those interested in his life from reading the book, will enjoy the idea that life goes on --even if it isn't here on earth. Maybe a place to find redemption and peace for him and those who suffer from addiction. Hope you enjoy it.
